I specialize in food allergies and creating plans that not only help you discover potential allergies, but also assist in eliminating the daily gastrointestinal distress you may suffer from. I practice what I preach daily and I am passionate about creating a confident life for you as well!

I have a passion for helping others enjoy the amenities of what life has to offer. I assist by implementing a healthy lifestyle through physical activity, exercise programs and proper nutrition. All it takes is a little motivation to get moving and get in shape!

I am a former collegiate athlete that was given the opportunity to go on from CSU Long Beach to the Major League baseball franchise of the Toronto Blue Jays. I came up just short of the big show, and that is when I decided to use my degree in kinesiology and pursue fitness training. Since then I have worked with all sorts of individuals specializing from knee replacement to sports conditioning, from diabetes to hypertension. I am a professional of the industry as I practice what I preach with a clean diet and a weekly exercise routine.

When a client comes to me with their fitness goals and needs, I develop the program that will achieve them!
